I have on a pair of pants I couldn’t wear last week. They aren’t loose or falling off by any means but but I can breath and sit down comfortably! This is my first win since starting back on track and I am celebrating by drinking a sparkling water!
I have stayed strong with my meal plan and got a great double workout in this morning!
Pilates fix, building muscle and strength
Followed up with 25 minutes on the elliptical to really sweat and kick fats butt!!
I feel good and smiling!
