Day 4/21…

I am staying strong and my body is sore! The good sore that lets me know I am doing something right! I did my Pilates fix this morning and it burns the side of my legs and stomach something fierce! I love this workout though because it is a nice middle of the week “break” in tempo and pace but my muscles still get worked!


I planned to go for a jog tonight after dinner but not going to lie, I am tired and it isn’t going to happen. Hopefully I get a good jog in this weekend though, there is nothing like the feeling I have right after a great trail run!

I had to hit the store today for veggies and it makes me happy because that means I am eating them and keeping to my plan!

I got all of this home and quickly got it all set for the weekend!

Grab baggies of fresh veggies, homemade pico da gallo, and cucumber salad with balsamic. Clean eating made easy!
