It has been a long time since I have made a blog post. I have wanted to write and share so much over the past several months but the “rules” of blogging, which I completely researched before starting mine, were hard for me to follow. The one that I found most difficult was to be subject orientated and not to make my blog about too many topics. So I thought I was focused on the health and nutrition side of my life and I would daily share my thoughts and experiences but then life happened.
Life happened in the 100 million ways it always happens and I am sure it is the same for all of us because no way can it just be me who looses focus on one thing while another consumes me. The reality set in for me that there is no way can I only be about fitness when I have a husband, two kiddos, a mom, extended family, friends, and a nursing life. All of these things shape my focus and my current life theme not only day to day but literally moment to moment. I am guessing yours too! Lets face it, this is the reality of life. So…
My blog will have health and fitness posts because although I haven’t been on my A game I am NEVER going back to it not being a part of my daily life.
My blog will be about love. The love I have for me, my family, my friends, and above all else my God.
My blog will be about lessons I learn and probably about the times I re-learn them as well.
My blog may be happy and uplifting today, but sad and discouraged tomorrow. In this will come healing and finding my way through so those days become less and less.
I appreciate any and all who come along side me and read my posts and yet truthfully if they don’t interest you or you disagree with me then by all means keep on scrolling.
With in these writings I pray that we may together find the truths of living this crazy life more happy, healthy, and pleasing to God.
